“Claude Baltes” appointed General Manager at Golden Tulip Mangosteen Boutique Resort & Spa, Phuket Thailand! Luxembourg national, Claude Baltes, has been appointed as General Manager of the Golden Tulip Mangosteen Resort and Spa in Phuket. Mr Baltes has more than 15 years experience in the hotel industry in South East Asia. After stints with Shangri-La and Sheraton, he spent over 13 years with Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts and Six Senses in Indonesia and Thailand.
